63-year-old Patricia "Pat" Hess of Ottawa died Monday after a battle with cancer.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A celebration of life will be at a later date. Arrangements for Patricia "Pat" Hess are with the Mueller Funeral Home in Ottawa.
