Illinois High School Association

When high school football kicks off in a couple of months, you won't have to deal with limits on spectators.

As Illinois moves into the next phase of reopening during the pandemic, the Illinois High School Association has announced all high school events can have 100% capacity. Masks are no longer required for student-athletes, coaches and officials in low-to-medium risk outdoor sports.

High school teams also can now schedule to play anyone in the state instead of staying within their region.
