Mulcahy

La Salle County State's Attorney Todd Martin's office has announced the latest round of indictments out of Ottawa. These were presented to the Grand Jury on Tuesday.

Fifty-six-year-old Brian Mulcahy of Barrington has been indicted on a charge of drug-induced homicide. In August, members of the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force picked up Mulcahy following a months-long investigation into the death of a 15-year-old Marseilles boy. The youth died after allegedly taking a lethal dose of heroin and fentanyl. Prosecutors say Mulcahy delivered those drugs to the boy. He's held on a million dollars' bond.

The grand jury also indicted 47-year-old Guy Stanford of Mendota for having pictures and videos containing child porn. His arrest followed a lengthy investigation. Stanford is out on bond.
