The latest member of the million dollar bond club in Ottawa is an alleged cocaine dealer.
Twenty-six-year-old Zev Carter was jailed Thursday after officers came to his home in Ottawa. He was picked up on a warrant for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. Members of the Trident Drug Task Force led the investigation.
Carter needs $100,000 to bond out. He's due back in court January 28th.
